They had two daughter, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, but filed for divorce in 2008. During their marriage, Russell gave her control of the women's division of his fashion, Phat Farm. Under her direction, Baby Phat became one of the best known and selling urban fashion brands in the world. Ten years later, he stepped down as the CEO of Phat Farm and Simmons became the President and Creative Director of Phat Fashions. She and Russell are still very good friends and work closely together on business and family issues.
