Sorrow Tattoos

The dictionary defines the word sorrow as “a feeling of deep distress caused by loss, disappointment, or other misfortune suffered by oneself or others.” That deep distress could be interpreted in two ways, and both could be translated into a unique and interesting tattoo design. The first could be in relation to sorrow you feel because of a difficult time in your life. You might be grieving over the loss of something or someone important to you. A sorrowful tattoo could be a tribute to this thing or person, or it could be an artistic expression of how the loss makes you feel. The second could be a way to express that you regret something you have done. You may want to express that you have changed who you are and you are sorry for what you’ve done. You could get a sorrow tattoo to commemorate that change, and also to serve as a reminder of how far you have come.
