Brian Grant shows his love of Bob Marley through his tattoo on his right shoulder. He got the tattoo during while he was dabbling in Rastafarianism. Brian Wade Grant (born March 5, 1972) is a retired American professional basketball player. He played for twelve years as the power forward and center on five different teams for the National Basketball Association. He began with the Sacramento Kings in 1994 as a first round draft pick and went on to play for the Portland Trail Blazers, the Miami heat, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Phoenix Suns and finally the Boston Celtics. He retired after being waived by the Celtics in 2006 due to lingering injuries. During Grant's career, he was known for his tenacious rebounding and blue-collar defense.
