This was the first tattoo I ever got, and I have never looked back. I had to make sure that she was above my sleeve line because I didn't know what kind of job I was going to get after high school, but whenever I'm feeling lonely or wondering if that special someone is out there for me, I just have to pull up my sleeve and know that everything is beautiful and that love is out there somewhere. I have lots of other tattoos, but none that I like quite so well as this one. I just love the idea of this beautiful girl sitting on the ocean feeling free and alive. I was just 18 when I got her, and I thought I was really a badda** because she's only wearing leaves. Now I just love it for the art (and the fact that she's naked under those leaves - HAHA) You gotta love a classic girl tattoo.
