I finally did it!! I wanted a tattoo for the last few years. I actually downloaded my design and had it printed out just sitting by my desk for two months... but I was to scared of the pain. I hate needles and my dad who has tattoos always told me they hurt like hell. I read all the stuff at your website and got the guts to go to a tattoo parlor. I wanted one so bad but I chickened out, but we all laughed and they let me watch. I came back two more times before I finally made an appointment. When I sat down and I was so nervous that I thought I would puke. My tattoo artist was very patient and started with just a little bit at a time. It did hurt but not bad like my dad said it would. It felt hot. The pain got worse towards the end but it was so beautiful that I wanted the artist to keep working on it. I'm so happy I got it. It really changed me. I'm not so scared of pain anymore. I don't like it or anything but at least I know if I break my leg or something I will be OK. I used to be really scared.... Now my tattoo is bigger then my dads and I joke with him about who is tougher then who.
