I am tring to translate the name Logan into Gaelic. I have had people tell me all kinds of things please can some one help.
We have done some research, and since Logan (pronounced "Loh-gan) is originally a Scottish surname for a clan that lived in the Scottish Highlands, you might not really need to translate it at all. However, here are some variations that date back to that time in history: Logen, Loganne (feminine) and Loghan. If you are looking for a translation in order to incorporate it into a tattoo, you might consider finding some item such as a Celtic knotwork design associated with the Logan clan and incorporating that into your tattoo in order to make you feel as if you are being a little more "authentically Gaelic."
