Carrie Underwood got a souvenir from her American Idol days and her life changing wina tattoo. The small tattoo is a black cat's outline on her hip. She got her tattoo with her sisters as a spur of the moment thing. When asked if she had always wanted to get a tattoo, Underwood answered "Not reallyit was just something that we did to mark the occasion."
